Everyone says it, but our core focus really is customer service. After the collection of your vehicle, we send a survey to all customers to ensure that our company values are constantly adhered too. Every team member is constantly aware of our customer service score (NPS). We really do care.
In addition to this, we know what we're doing too. We strive to be the best at what we do, by continual training and investment in people, equipment and the premises.
As mentioned above, not only do we really care, but we really do know what we're doing too. We have a team of 11 technicians, between us all, that's an awesome amount of knowledge and experience.
But, we don't know everything.... Modern vehicles are so advanced, you only have to sit inside a modern car to understand this.
Did you know, that due to laws introduced in 2003, we have access to the same technical information as the main dealerships. So whether you drive a BMW, Vauxhall, Lamborghini (almost any brand!) - we have our own access to the information required to repair your vehicle to the correct standards.
