  • " Took my car in to diagnose a rattle, Molly and Jez greeted me with a welcoming smile. I was told to take a seat and help myself to a coffee. Within a few minutes the problem was diagnosed and within 1/2 hour was rectified! Absolutely recommend this garage for service and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble! "

  • " After having my car rendered almost non drivable by a local garage who returned my car to me with multiple electrical failures after they failed to repair my washer pump motor and had the car for 6 weeks I was at a total loss of what to do. Vauxhall main dealer refused to look at it and so was the case with many other establishments. I remembered the great service I had received from Vauxallist in Lincoln who were now the Dack motor group and gave them a call. They were very friendly and listened to my predicament and said they were willing to take a look and do some diagnostics and we agreed on how far they should go with it regarding price as it was an older vehicle. They managed to sort out all the problems and kept me well informed of the progress and less than a week later I have my car back restored to its former self. Can’t thank them enough. "

  • " Dealing with molly made the process of my vehicle being broken down and recovered in was made fully up to date with diagnosis of head cracked, very helpful team and very helpful service department, after work had been carried out molly made sure the car was cleaned on collection, booked car in for mot and tracking after major engine work highly recommended due to service staff and workshop very helpful and very understanding outstanding job done on the car dack group more then happy with it. "

  • " I booked my car in for its MOT and sat with my 1year old while waiting, lovely waiting area including a TV so little one was happy watching cartoons!! Once the MOT was complete Molly was quick to come and discuss the outcome with me and organised all the repairs and a hire car so we could get home, Molly kept me up to date with everything and was just lovely! I was also impressed by the email I received with the pictures of the car from its MoT (never had this before!) just amazing service all round, thank you "

  • " Brake fluid change and BMW service inspection carried out. I had wondered about an oil change, but Tracy reminded me that I'd only had that completed in March this year. Washer bottle issues - bottle removed and cleaned. Courtesy car was clean and full of fuel - returned as such. Tracy is a complement to the Lincoln Branch. Helpful, polite and pleasant to talk to. "

  • " The rear suspension on our BMW failed, and at very short notice, Adrian George at Dack found us a slot for the next day and got us booked in. The fault was diagnosed and the necessary repairs were made, and the car was back on the road 24 hours later.. And thoroughly washed, as well. We greatly appreciated the service, and felt like valued clients. Adrian took the time to explain the issues in detail. A previous reviewer noted "the helpful and cheerful staff", and we wholeheartedly agree. Thanks Adrian and the rest of the crew at Dack - we are very pleased to have found a company who we trust. That's not something you can often say about the motor industry, but Dack is a happy exception. Very happy to recommend. "

  • " I just had a new Cam Belt fitted. Good price using genuine Skoda parts. My car is a 1.4 TSI which unlike most models does not need a new water pump fitted. Tracey from Dack's was aware of this and informed me when quoting for the job. Excellent service. "

It’s had oil and filter change and the pollen filter done at half the price of a BMW dealership. The service from Adrian was excellent, explaining what needed doing and the service video from Callum was very informative. All in all a great experience and I will be back again.   • " I have been using Dack Motor Group for several years and through three different vehicles, the latest my Fabia. I have always found Dack Motor group to be excellent in service, attention to detail and in their customer service. Today it was Peter who attended me and I cannot fault any of his work. My thanks go out to the other members of the team and of course the Technician who are the unsung heroes. I frequently recommend Dack's to my friends and others I come across when the conversation turns to motor maintenance , and I plug them hard through my social media channels including the various motor forums I am a member of; the Skoda Owners Club, Torque Cars and Briskoda.   • " I just cannot fault Dack Motor Grouo Lincoln. The mechanics do a great job, Matt and Jamie in service reception are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I had a Silver Valet and the car looks pristine and the driver, Ron collected the car and returned it back to my house he was also very polite and helpful. My car will always be sent here for any job that is required. Oh and the price charged was not excessive in fact it was very reasonable. "

The mechanic who carried out the work was an expert on the Mini, and was able to diagnose the problems and explain them to me clearly, also providing a video so I knew exactly what they were doing. Pete the customer contact, kept me up to date at all times, was happy to answer any questions and provided me with a courtesy car for the short time I was without the mini.   • " I have only just bought this car from another garage and it was in need of an A service plus i wanted to check when the brake fluid and coolant was last changed. Jamie Thompson in the service department was extremely helpful and kept me fully appraised of all the jobs that this car required doing plus he informed me of the cost too before the jobs were carried out. Dack Motor group collected the car from my house and returned it back to me on completion of the work.The quality of their work is excellent and following the many jobs carried out on my car their pricing was acceptable too. I will definitely be using Dack Motor Group again to work on my car as and when required. "

  • " Honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I had some major issues with my 3 series when we had the flooding, thanks to the 4x4 coming the opposite way, the car took on a lot of water. Ended up needing a complete engine rebuild. Every step of the way I was informed, spoken to like a normal person, even shown the car and parts that were damaged. It was a lengthy process with further things needing replacing but they did everything possible to accommodate us. Even when I took it back due to an issue they were straight on the case. Just want to say a massive thank you to Will and both Jamie’s for making something so stressful easier. Will be taking both 3 series here in the future. "

  • " What a find! I was advised to go to DACK by a friend to get the Wiper Motor replaced, DACK were friendly quick and very professional (thank you Jamie Thompson). Original it was going to take up to 3 days to get me a replacement motor but Jamie didn’t give up and managed to find me a new motor within 24 hours. This was all done with working with the AA as I had Breakdown replacement cover. Fantastic service, thank you. Will be using DACK from now on. "
