WHAT DOES A FORD MOT INCLUDE?

• Under the vehicle (Steering and driving shafts, suspension, brakes and wheel bearings. The exhaust and fuel systems will be examined along with the overall condition of the vehicle)

COMPLIMENTARY VIDEO HEALTH CHECK

To ensure that each Ford service and MOT is completely transparent, all customers will receive a vehicle video health check. You can view and approve any work straight from your mobile, or online. This video will show you any issues on your Ford and inform you of the work needed, as well as showing the general condition of your vehicle.

Your vehicle health check video will be emailed to you as soon as it is ready, then one of our Ford trained service consultants will be in touch to talk through any findings.

With your prior approval, we will proceed to repair any issues and get you back on the road as soon as we can.

HOW MUCH WILL MY FORD MOT COST?

WHAT IF MY VEHICLE FAILS ITS MOT?

Should your vehicle fail its MOT, return it to us within 10 working days and we’ll retest it free of charge.

If your Ford does not meet the standards required to be issued with an MOT certificate, we can prepare a no obligation quote for any MOT repairs that may be required. This will be emailed straight to you so that you can see exactly what repairs and costs are involved.

Once your MOT repair quotation is approved by you, we will commence work as soon as possible, and in most cases, MOT repair work will be carried out the same day.

On completion, an MOT retest will be carried out and all old parts will be retained for your inspection until your vehicle has been collected. Once your Ford has passed its MOT test you will be issued with an MOT test certificate, a copy of the MOT failure certificate and a fully itemised invoice.
