Dack Service Centre in Coventry has now joined Goodyear’s franchise programme which is branded HiQ Tyres & Autocare. The success of HiQ which has over 115 centres across the UK will enhance our business with a strong brand, proven record of automotive aftersales success, tech training, and development programme.
HiQ will enable us to be a forefront of retail aftersales with their detailed franchise programme and with Goodyear supporting our business with exciting promotions and offers throughout the year.
At HiQ Coventry, we are still able to continue to support the specialist servicing of the following brands. Meaning that we will still carry out tasks such as updating your online service history (If relevant), we have access to the manufacturer service schedules and information, ensuring that your vehicle continues to be looked after as recommended by the manufacturer.
Our Coventry site has very much been a service centre, where as at Lincoln we are a premium specialist, with the capabilities of all repairs on the brands that we specialise in.
When we were approached by Good Year, we became excited about the opportunities working with this global brand. Being part of HiQ strengthens the business, offering support, training (such as Electric Vehicle) and ensures we can continue to stay ahead of the curve, to best serve you, our customers. Working with Goodyear allows us to build further trust with the local community, create better offers for the customer and enhance the customer experience at our new centre. Customers will be able to relax in our new reception area with complimentary coffee and WIFI.
Other than the fact that we are now support and backup from a global brand, we still offer the same services at the same prices.
We are currently investing in new equipment which will enable us to offer tyre fitting and wheel alignment for all brands. We're also having a refresh, new signage and a new reception! We hope you like the look as much as we do.
