We take the current challenges very seriously here at Dack Motor Group, as well as the corporate responsibility we have when caring for our customers’ vehicles. In light of this, we have impremented extra measures and protocols to minimise risk as much as possible.
We are still operational and running with a small team, just enough to answer your quesitons and suppport your needs across the following areas:
Our workshop is physically open and able to carry out necessary diagnostics, repairs, services and MOTs. Social distancing is in place, along with sneeze screens and hand sanitizing stations. Our customer waiting area remains open if you need to wait for your vehicle: we ask customers to repsect social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering at all times.
Our vehicle rental department remains physically open. We have a range of vehicles available for hire to help keep you moving, whether for private or commercial use.
Our vehicle sales department is currently operating online only in line with the current regulations, with strict click & collect or home delivery options only. We are still answering questions about our stock and can carry out necessary finance checks for those you wish to purchase. Our service remains outstanding, and if you would like more information on a particular vehicle, we can offer video solutions.
Did you know? Any service & repair costs over £250 can be spread over 4 equal monthly payments, with the first payment being made on the day the repairs are completed. There is 0% interest, with no administration fees.
