The Process

The first point of call is a chat with yourself, to discuss the issues followed by our diagnostic assessment at a cost of £48 inc VAT. No matter what the issue, or warning light being displayed, we can help.

First of all, we will carry out a Diagnostic test / evaluation.

During this evaluation, we'll check for fault codes, live data in the computer system, consult technical information and known issues. We will then advise you as to either what the issue is, or what is required to identify the issue.

We will communicate our findings with you.

We very often use our Video system to send out updates to you. Once we find something interesting, we will let you know via a phone call on top of an explanational video; our technician will also film a short video to explain what he has identified. 

You will have the ability to comment back on the video or you can chat to us about your diagnostics over the phone. 

We will never carry out any repairs or further investigations without your prior consent.
