Confident in dealing with customers and being able to deliver exceptional service at all times
A natural talent for creating great customer rapport to make the communication process more effective
Ability to multi-task, this position is very demanding
We assign jobs to you as a service consultant, it is then your duty to look after that customer throughout their visit, from checking them in to invoicing and seeing them out. Are you confident at speaking to the customer to advise, price and sell issues that are identified?
We use video health checks for complete transparency and we also monitor CSI by contacting customers post visit. We reward employees for receiving 5 star reviews as customer service really is very important for us as we continue to grow our brand locally.
2019 will be our 9th year of trading and we have exciting growth plans for the next few years. We are also implementing training for our service consultants which will be based on a 3 day course off site with continual development courses moving forwards.
We are offering an exceptional salary with achievable bonus structure based on customer service, sales and general performance. Holidays is 21 plus bank holiday, rising to 22 days after 3 years of employment and 23 days after 5 years.
